functional fitness program
The functional fitness program offers adults of any age with the ability to build strength, conditioning, endurance and stamina through intense training programmed by the instructor. A certified coach will guide you through the entire workout session. The workouts can be adjusted to fit the needs of every individual and their personal goals.
The On-Ramp program is a 6 day course that will introduce you to functional fitness here at Crudo. You will learn how to perform Olympic lifts, such the Clean, Snatch, and the Jerk, along with foundational movements such as Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench. This will be coupled with High Intensity Interval Training, often leading to a full body workout. This class is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6-7pm by appointment only.
