Athletic development Program
This program offers young athletes at any level the opportunity to work on their fundamentals.We develop agility, footwork, speed, and power through interval training. Athletes work at a high intensity for time with limited rest to simulate “game like” training. We believe that with a strong foundation, athletes will have more success in their sports.
functional fitness program
The functional fitness program offers adults of any age with the ability to build strength, conditioning, endurance and stamina through intense training programmed by the instructor. A certified coach will guide you through the entire workout session. The workouts can be adjusted to fit the needs of every individual and their personal goals.
