About us
Crudo Fitness club is a family owned business of two brothers who came together with a passion for sports and fitness. Our goal is to help anyone who walks through our doors with their fitness goals, whether its taking the first step into fitness or an experienced athlete who wants to take it to the next level. We offer a community where we all inspire, motivate, and keep each other accountable for reaching the level of fitness you want to achieve.

Crossfit Level 1 Certification After suffering a traumatic accident in 2014 that resulted in an amputation of my left foot, I struggled with significant amount of drug abuse and depression. I was physically and mentally unwilling to do anything. I found myself in a “dark” place in, which, it seemed that life had come to an end for me until I met a friend who invited me to try CrossFit. After several classes I found myself feeling like myself again. Even though, I have a disability it is no excuse and instead I found myself being able to do everything I used to do before. Fitness made me appreciate and view life differently. In 2016, I became a certified Crossfit Level 1 coach. Today, along with my brother, I am the Co-Owner of Crudo Fitness Club. Coaching gave me a purpose in life and inspired me to be able to share my story with others. |

Former professional Soccer Player I grew up playing soccer my whole life. During my youth, I tried out and was selected to play with the Houston Dynamo Academy, where I got to play a few reserve games with First team before leaving to college in Florida. I played 3 years at the University of Central Florida as a leftback before I got an offer to play professionally with the Houston Dynamo's affiliate team, RGV Toros located in McAllen, Texas. After playing for 2 seasons with RGV and trying out for a few teams in El Salvador, I started coaching little league soccer. I realized that through soccer I got to meet amazing coaches and mentors who changed my life, not just in the sport, but in life, and now I think its my turn to do the same for others. |
